yesterday i got inspired by cookies & truffle balls so i got up, went to the kitchen and searched some products.
I made healthier cookie balls, which taste sooooo sweet without added sugar (if you use sugarfree cookies they are without sugar). They were so crunchy but also soft. I’m really surprised they only took about 5 min to make.
What do you need? :
• 4 (belvita) cookies
I first crumbled the cookies in a bowl. In the next step i gave curd into the ball and formed small balls. The cookies should be inside and the curd/quark their outer covering. When I had cookie balls i put them into the fridge for about half an hour. Before i ate them i coated them with applesauce and gave them into the fridge again for about 10 minutes!
Now they are ready to eat!😊
